Las Cruces, New Mexico

Las Cruces New Mexico

The weather did not cooperate on our most recent trip to Las Cruces, NM so we did not get to do the hiking and outdoor exploring that we wanted to do. Winter decided to follow us on our trip! Everyone in the area was so excited to see snow.

Instead of our planned outdoor adventures, we spent our time touring the town. We went to Bosque Brewery, The Game Sports Bar and Grill, RAD Retrocade, Icebox Brewing-Boneyard Cantina, Little Toad Creek Brewery and Distillery, Rio Grande Winery, Dry Point Distillers, and Spotted Dog Brewery which was our favorite brewery in the area. We had a blast touring around the area! It is a very artsy town. We also loved the Mesilla Valley Fine Arts Gallery and the Heart of the Desert Pistachios and Wine. The pistachio wine was amazing as well as the rest of the treats and goodies available at Desert Pistachios and Wine. They provide lots of samples and have good prices. We did not know how prevalent pistachios are in the region; our Airbnb host was even gracious enough to bake a pistachio cake for us.

On a previous trip to Las Cruces, we went to White Sands National Park which was a fun time!
